Oskee Wow Wow

The story

The movie Oskee Wow Wow tells hundreds of stories from the Illinois football community's first century. The hundreds in their turn tell one story. The one and the many have been written and shaped, directed and produced, by each Illinois player and coach, and, in a larger sense, by every individual whose heart has ever been gladdened by the running of Grange, Caroline, Grabowski, Rooks; the quarterbacking of O'Connell, Eason, Trudeau, George; the defense of Butkus, Brosky, Studwell, Gardner; the coaching of Zuppke, Eliot, White, and Mackovic; by Chief Illiniwek, the Marching Illini, and the autumnal perfection of Champaign-Urbana in October.
