The story

Portrait of the Argentinean capital of Buenos Aires by different filmmakers and cartoonists, in four chapters, displaying a rich combination of techniques. Each episode shows its own aspect of the soul of this magical metropolis, in this era of ruthless globalisation. With humour and emotion, and featuring the tango.
