Almost Human

The story

In a small town, the local government issued a defense program where gravediggers are hired to use brutal force against any undead from escaping the small town's contained cemetery. Thanks to this, the town has had no clue zombies exist... until now. When one of the gravediggers, JASON WHITMAN, a former cop hanging onto this job by a thread, decides it's an appropriate time to drink on the job, a zombie catches him off guard and ends up escaping. Knowing how bad this is, Jason leaves his post and sets off on a mission to take care of the zombie problem before it gets out of hand, and he loses his last piece of security. Only, simultaneously, a loner, ANTHONY TURNER, has his luck changing for the better. That very same zombie ends up saving him from a group of bullies. Anthony thinks he's made the perfect friend, but with Jason on the trail, it can't last.
